HVAC System Leaks

This customer had an HVAC unit that began to leak glycol (glycol is a chemical commonly used in many commercial and industrial applications including antifreeze and coolant) and water throughout the whole build. The moisture than began to be drawn up the wall into the drywall. SERVPRO of Rapid City than quickly put together a plan to extract the water and pollutants from the space. SERVPRO of Rapid City proceeded use a truck mount extractor to remove moisture from the carpet than placed drying equipment such as air mover and dehumidifiers. The space was dry and usable again within 3 days.
